Kayli Howard
Co-Founder and Director of Training · MFT-C, NMIT
Kayli is one of Oregon’s first licensed psilocybin facilitators and a co-founder of Numia Healing. As Director of Training, she shapes how Numia’s facilitators learn to hold this work with skill and heart.

Meet Kayli
Kayli holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and was trained in psilocybin-assisted therapy through Fluence, where she now serves as a trainer herself. She began guiding legal psilocybin journeys in Oregon, among the first facilitators licensed under that state’s program, and brought that experience to Colorado to help build Numia.
Her way of working is grounded in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care. Clients come to her for many reasons; she is especially drawn to walking alongside women, veterans, people in healthcare and leadership, and anyone moving through grief, anxiety, or a season of spiritual growth.
