Meet Claudia
Claudia’s training spans two countries and two traditions of depth work. She holds a doctorate in psychoanalytic clinical practice and a master’s in psychoanalytic psychotherapy from Eleia in Mexico City, a master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University, and a bachelor’s in psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana. Her psychedelic facilitation training is through InnerTrek, and she holds a certificate in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders from Postpartum Support International.
Many of the people Claudia works with have done meaningful work in talk therapy and still feel something deeper waiting to be reached. She meets them there, weaving psychodynamic and depth psychology, parts work, and attachment-focused care into preparation and integration. She is especially at home with life transitions, grief and loss, midlife identity work, intergenerational healing, women’s psychology, and spiritual growth.
