Benjamin Hawes, Co-Owner and Director of Wellness Practices at Numia Healing

Meet Benjamin

Benjamin’s path runs through both contemplative practice and clinical training. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from Brown University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude, a doctorate in acupuncture with a Chinese herbal medicine specialization from Pacific College of Health and Science, and a certificate in psychedelic-assisted therapy from Naropa University. He is also a certified teacher of advanced Qigong.

At Numia he supports clients across the whole arc of a journey, offering acupuncture to help the nervous system settle during preparation and to support the body’s integration afterward. His sessions draw on mindfulness and parts work, and clients often seek him out for pain, stress, grief, and life transitions.
