Kathleen Zachary

Kathleen is a licensed psychotherapist, a co-owner of Numia Healing, and its Director of Research. She blends evidence-based psychology with a relational, strengths-based approach to support healing, insight, and transformation.

Meet Kathleen
Kathleen holds a Master of Social Work from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University. She completed a psychedelic-assisted therapy fellowship through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and MAPS, with clinical education in psilocybin-, ketamine-, and MDMA-assisted psychotherapy. She is also an Approved Clinical Supervisor, a nationally recognized credential in the training and supervision of other clinicians.
Her way of working is relational at its core, drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, somatic and attachment-focused approaches, and mindfulness-based care. She specializes in complex trauma, couples and family dynamics, grief, and life transitions, and she carries Numia’s research work alongside her clinical practice.
