We are Numia
Redefining mental health with care, science, and intention
Numia is a team of licensed therapists offering legal psilocybin therapy in a setting centered on safety, softness, and presence — supporting emotional growth and transformational healing.

What we believe
Our Philosophy
At Numia, we see healing as a journey of returning to wholeness — not by fixing what’s broken, but by reconnecting with what’s already within. We trust in the mind’s ability to restore balance when held in a safe and structured setting.
Our philosophy blends clinical integrity with deep presence. We value emotional safety, informed choice, and integration. This is not about escape — it’s about returning to yourself, with greater awareness and compassion.
Our Approach
Our therapeutic model is built around guided psilocybin-assisted sessions, supported by preparation and integration. Each step of the journey is personalized, with a focus on emotional safety, agency, and respect for your process.
We combine evidence-based techniques with somatic, relational, and mindfulness-informed practices. Whether you’re seeking personal insight, relief from emotional patterns, or support through transition, we are here to walk with you.
The clinic space
An environment designed to support inner stillness, safety, and deep dives into the self.
Numia’s physical space reflects the same intention we bring to our sessions: warmth, purpose, and care. We’ve created a private, calming environment where participants can feel safe to explore deep emotional ground — supported by thoughtful design and attention to detail.
The clinic includes rooms specifically designed for individual sessions, couples therapy, and group work. Everything matters — from lighting and scent to privacy and comfort. This is not a medical office, but a setting where the mind can settle and the body can trust the process.
Concierge Approach
Thoughtful care beyond the session — comfort, clarity, and peace of mind throughout.
Psychedelic work requires more than a session — it requires preparation, emotional support, and care. At Numia, we prioritize holding you before and beyond the medicine itself.
From pre-session check-ins to curated comforts on the day of your experience, we offer logistical and emotional care throughout: from hotel and restaurant suggestions to transport options and integration planning — all designed to reduce friction and help you focus fully on your healing journey.
Our Professionals
Our team includes licensed professionals with experience in psychotherapy, psychedelic therapy and trauma-informed care. Each team member brings depth, presence, and sensitivity to the work — with a shared respect for your pace and process.
