Service #1 | Psilocybin-assisted therapy
A structured, supported path to dive into your emotional depths
Psilocybin-assisted therapy at Numia is a clinically informed process that invites deeper insight, clarity, and emotional healing. Each journey includes structured preparation, a guided psychedelic session, and integration support—led by licensed therapists. Our approach is thoughtful and personalized, tailored to the needs of each client. While many come to this work individually, we also welcome couples who are looking to explore shared patterns, rebuild trust, or reconnect in a more intentional way. In addition to individual and couples therapy, we offer group experiences that foster connection, shared understanding and collective healing in a supportive setting. Whether you’re navigating change or simply feel called to look inward, this work creates space for reflection and meaningful transformation.

Our Protocol
1. Preparation
- 1. Preparation
- 2. Journey
- 03. Integration
1. Preparation
-
Intake
After your initial consultation, you’ll complete a detailed intake form exploring your health, mental and emotional history, relationships, and goals for doing this work. This sets the foundation for your journey.
-
Assessment
Your therapist will review your form and overall readiness early in the process, assessing for pre-existing conditions, medications, support systems, family history, and any safety concerns before moving forward with psilocybin-assisted therapy.
-
Intention Setting
About two weeks before your session, you'll meet with your therapist to explore what brings you to this work. You'll refine a personal intention to guide your journey, develop regulation tools, and tailor the setting to your needs (i.e. with music, scents, ritual etc.).
-
Reviewing Your Intentions
The day before your session, you’ll meet your therapist again to emotionally check in, review logistics, and practice grounding tools such as breathwork to help you feel calm, supported, and ready for the psychedelic experience.
2. Journey
-
Grounding Practices
Your session begins with calming practices designed to regulate your nervous system and support a steady, centered entry into the psychedelic experience.
-
Receiving the Medicine
A carefully measured psilocybin dose is administered in a calm, private room with music and minimal stimuli. Your facilitator remains present and attuned, offering quiet support as needed throughout the session.
-
Supportive Guidance
Your therapist remains present throughout the 5–8 hour session, offering quiet, compassionate support as needed—whether through grounded presence, physical grounding, verbal guidance, or simple moments of shared calm and care.
-
Gentle Reentry
As the journey comes to an end, we support you in returning to a regular state. Time is given for quiet reflection, journaling, art-making or sharing of the experience. Your therapist holds space gently, supporting the early stages of processing and meaning making.
03. Integration
-
First Session
In your next session, you’ll continue to share with your therapist what insights arose for you under the medicine. You will explore emotions, images, memories, and feelings—working to understand how they relate to your intention and how to activate them in your daily life.
-
Second Session
In the second session, we check in on what’s staying with you. We look at changes, challenges, and how to carry your insights forward—reinforcing growth through ongoing therapeutic support.
-
Continue Processing
Some material takes time to unfold. We offer ongoing integration sessions for those who wish to keep exploring. These sessions support lasting change by grounding your insights through reflection, practice, and continued therapeutic support.
-
Ongoing Care
We’re here to support you beyond the journey itself. Whether through talk therapy, group breathwork, acupuncture, or group microdosing, we offer practical ways to keep integrating your experience—at your own pace and with steady support.

What to Expect
The process begins by building shared intention and emotional safety. During the session, the therapist works to support both partners while tracking shifts in emotion, presence, and relational patterns as they emerge.

After the Journey
After the journey, we offer both collective and individual integration, encouraging reflective dialogue, embodied processing, and shared meaning-making. These practices help deepen insights and foster connection that continues beyond the session.
Continued Integration
Beyond the journey: continued psilocybin integration support, led by our therapeutic team.
Some insights take time to understand. Our talk therapy services provide a grounded space to revisit themes, resolve emotional tension, and explore the long-term unfolding of your psychedelic work. This support is available whether you’ve journeyed with us or elsewhere.
Emotional Support
Sessions help you find regulation, expression, and understanding of the emotional material that may surface during a psychedelic experience and beyond.
Sustainable Change
We work with you to transform insight into new patterns — in relationships, habits, and self-perception. Change is possible when it’s integrated with care.
Meaning-Making
Talk therapy helps you explore your psychedelic experience more deeply, asking: “What does this mean for my life?” and “What changes do I want to make—and how?”
Service #2 | Group Activities
Connection and practice, beyond the individual journey
Healing deepens in community. We offer group programs designed to build presence, openness, and support — with or without the use of psychedelics. These gatherings are guided by our team and follow the same care, ethics, and intentionality as our core therapy.

Post-Journey Integration
Treatments after your session support emotional processing, calm the body, and reinforce the neural and somatic shifts sparked by psilocybin.
Nervous System & Neuroplasticity
Acupuncture enhances nervous-system regulation and neuroplasticity, helping your mind and body sustain the insights and behavioral changes revealed during your psilocybin experience.
